Feeling Lucky?

 Supplies Used

Dominic Marco, here
Planet Dust Font (here)
Sick Capital Vice Font (here)
"Shamrock" by Flerg (here)
"Mask #43" by Designs by Vaybs (here)

 Let's Begin!

Open a new canvas of 800x600. We will crop later.

Open Shamrock paper_2 and re-size to 600x600. Go to Effects > Alpha Mask > find mask DBV 43 > ok. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy and return to your canvas. Edit > Paste In To New Layer. Move to center of paper.

Name your tag now and save as a *psd.

Open Flergs_Shamrock_Shamrocks and Image > re-size by 650 height. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Go to your canvas and Edit > Paste In To New Layer.  Center this over your mask layer. Drop shadow to your liking.

Open Flergs_Shamrock_Charm and re-size 500 on the height. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Go to your canvas and Edit > Paste In To New Layer.

Flip your white background. Go to Layers > Rotate/Zoom > Angle: -3.15 > Y Pan: -0.017 > Ok. Drop shadow to your liking. (Sharpen if you feel the need to. I did by 2.)

Open your tube of choice. I chose one that is stooping. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Go to your canvas and Edit > Paste In To New Layer. Move to the far right of your mask, more to the left of your gold shamrock, though. Drop shadow to your liking.

I created a smaller frame for this tut from Flergs_Shamrock_Frame. Open the frame, Image > Rotate 90 clockwise, and Image > re-size by 600 height.
Duplicate the frame layer and slowly move upwards, until the scallops reaches the bottom of the third slot. Use your eraser to cut off the little bits in the corner on the top layer.
Layers > Flip Horizontal and then do it again. This puts the bottom frame into its original place. Use your eraser to erase the entire bottom frame. Crop to slightly under the new frame. Now you've created your usable frame.
Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Go to your canvas and Edit > Paste In To New Layer.  Place it to the left of your tube and then move the layer down to under the tube. Drop shadow to your liking.
Open your next three tubes. I used a few that were as close up as I could find without showing different colour clothing. Re-size your tubes up or down if you need to. Re-sizing up does make them slightly blurry. Sharpen by 2 if this happens.
Add them under your frame and use your eraser to get rid of excess tube hanging from under the frame. Use one for each slot. Then, drop shadow to your liking.
Open Flergs_Shamrock_Coin and Layers > Flip Horizontal. Layers > re-size 100 width or height. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Go to your canvas and Edit > Paste as a New Layer. Move it to the left hand bottom of your frame. Drop shadow to your liking.
Open Flergs_Shamrock_Ribbon and Layers > Flip Horizontal. Layers > re-size to 175 width. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. Go to your canvas and Edit > Paste In To New Layer. Move it to the right hand top of your frame.
Flip your white background. Go to Layers > Rotate/Zoom > Angle: -13.50 > X Pan: -0.194 > Ok. Drop shadow to your liking. (Sharpen if you feel the need to. I did by 2.)
Next, the text!
Go to Image > Rotate by 90 clockwise. This rotates the whole image.
Add your text to the side of your frame. I used font size 50 by simply typing in the size in the size box.
After you add your text, Effects > Object > Object Outline > slide left slider down > slide right slider up > setting on 3 & 7 > click ok. Drop shadow to your liking.
Go to Image > Rotate by 90 counter-clockwise.
Open Flergs_Shamrock_Paint2 and Layers > Flip Horizontal. Layers > re-size 450 height. Edit > Select All > Edit > Copy. In your layers box, highlight white layer and Edit > Paste In To New Layer. Move it to the left hand side of your image to let some peek out.
Duplicate layer. Layers > Flip Horizontal then Layers > Flip Vertical then Crop to your liking.
Add your name, copyright and save as PNG. Enjoy!
