♥ Let's Begin! ♥

Open a new canvas 800x800. Open the frame, re-size by 30% and add to your canvas.

Open circle NS, re-size by 33%, position over your frame.

Duplicate frame and move above circle layer. Erase the entire frame from the left hand side but not the right. This will make the frame look as if it is partially covered by the circle on only one side.

Open paper 1 and re-size by 45%. This will be big but this is the size we need.

Use your magic wand to click inside of the first frame (bottom) and Selections > Modify by 8 > insert your paper > Invert > delete > Select none.
Open paper 2 and re-size by 22%. Apply your mask and add below all layers and position to your liking.

Open your hat and re-size by 25%. Drop shadow, mirror and move to the left hand bottom of your frame.

Open shamrock 4, re-size by 33% and add to the left hand side of the frame, above the hat.  Move into the position you desire and erase any that needs erased.

Crop your design to the desired size.

Add any word art you might like. I added a bit at the left hand top.  Add your name at this time as well.

Re-size to the desired size and add your copyright.
