 Supplies Used 

Lady Spring by Misticheskaya (HERE)
(PTU) Studio Lettering Swing (HERE)
O’Scrap Blog train Part by Dreamn4Ever Designs (HERE)
Mask 227 by Gem (HERE)

 Let's Begin! 

Open paper 2, resize by 25%, and apply your mask. Add a new layer above your mask layer, flood-fill white and send to the bottom. Name and save as a *psd; center align your mask now.

Open the frame 4, resize by 40% and add to the canvas.

Open frame 3, resize by 30% and add above the frame 2 layer.

Open paper 4, resize by 20% and insert it into your frame 1.

Open paper2, resize by 25%, apply your mask, erase the excess, resize to 725 and then add above the white background.

Open the tube and resize by 20%. Add above all layers. Undo resize and resize again by 50% and add below your frame 1 layer.

Open flower 1, resize by 15% and add above the frame 1 layer.

Open flower 2, resize by 50% and add below your flower 1 layer.

Open the ribbon and resize by 17%. Add above your frame, duplicate and then move to the top. Erase the excess over the flowers after drop shadowing.

Open the leaf and resize by 15%. Add below the flower 1 layer. Undo, resize again by 10% and add below the flower 2 layer.

Open the butterfly, resize by 50% and add above all layers on the flowers.

Drop Shadow layers, crop or resize to your liking then add your name with copyright. Upload to a photo sharing site to enjoy.
