♥ Let's Begin! ♥

Create a canvas 950x950. Name and save as a *psd.

Open the frame, resize by 55% and add to the canvas.

Open card of your choice, resize by 55%, modify your frame window and add the card.

Open paper of your choice, resize by 35%, apply the mask then add to the canvas; resize again by 78% and center.

Open the tube, upsize by 125% then add to your canvas below the frame layer; erase the legs, duplicate and move above the frame. Drop and erase excess.

Open the flag, resize by 35% add to the canvas above the frame layer and free rotate by 17 to the right; positon.

Open the white flower, resize by 30% and add above the mask layer. Resize again by 25% and add above the frame layer; position. Resize again by 20% and add above the frame layer to the left.

Open flower 2, resize by 40% and add below the flag layer. Resize again by 35%, and position.

Add flower 2 again and resize by 25%; add to the bottom corner of the frame (left).

Open the bow, mirror, resize by 25, add above the flag layer and free rotate by 17 to the right. Duplicate, resize by 85%, mirror and position.

Open the confetti, resize by 40%, add above the frame layer and position at the bottom. If you have trouble, invert your background colour for better vewiing.

Add the confetti again but invert colour of the confetti. Duplicate, mirror and flip both white and black layers then position. Send white to above the mask layer.

Add any other little flourishes to your design and re-position items, if needed.

Drop shadow all layers,

♥ Lets’ Animate! ♥

Open the animation and delete frame layers 11-27. We will only be using frames 1-10 for our animation.

Hide all layers above the Copy Tube layer. If any of the flowers (with the exception of the bottom white flower) are not in order above the tube copy, due so now before animation. Copy merged then add to AS3. Duplicate until you have 10 frames.

Edit > Select All > Copy on the animation. Go to the design and edit > select all > Insert into frame and add where you like to see it. Do this 5x to form a wave.

Once this is completed, go to the first frame of the design, edit > select all >copy and add this as a new image in PSP; re-name the layers “frame 1-10”. Save as an animated file.

Hide the current layers and open the ones hidden; copy merged and add above the frame layers. Re-position if you need to.

When adding to AS3 again, start with frame 1 but all other subsequent frames should be inserted BEFORE frame 1, so that your animation runs backwards.

crop or resize to your liking then add your name with copyright before adding back to AS3. Apply the optimization settings and save.
