Paint.Net Glow

Create a canvas 900 x 900. Using your tool shape circle, on a size 10, draw out a circle that is only an outline; center align.

Using paper 9, replace the outline you just created but do not delete the original. Use paper 2 in the center.

Using colour E7D6CE, outline the original outline. This is the layer you will also drop shadow when the time comes.

Open element 51, ad above all layer, and manually turn to your liking.

Open element 45 and manually turn once positioned over element 51.

Add element 53 below all layers and near all leaf elements.

Add element 22 over all layers and position. To achieve the look that I did, duplicate and move one below the element 51 layer and below the paper 9 layer. Make sure you remove the excess shadow from the lower two layers and blend the layers on the left hand side.

Add element 48 above all layers, covering the lower clasp section on the right hand side.

Open element 43, resize by 50% and add near the silver clasp. Duplicate, move one down and erase the excess under the plastic rope.

Open element 47, resize by 60% and add in three places between your layers.

Open element 15 resize by 50% and add below the element 22 layer. Duplicate and move one above the element 43 layer. Erase the bottom of both but do not erase any over the element 43 layer.

Open element 21, resize by 40% and add in two places above the "frame" layer.

Add element 50 below the element 43 layer.

Add element 33 below the element 43 layer; position to your liking.

Open element 27, resize by 50% and add in two places in your design.

Open element 48 again and resize by 80%, mirror, flip and then add between elements 45 and 51.

Duplicate element 48, mirror and then add near the silver clasp.

Open element 3, resize by 45% and add in two places.

Open element 42, resize by 50% and add near the element 50 layer.

Add element 49 above the "frame" layer, filling in the blank spot there.

Add any elements that you want to at this time. Mine are elements 52 (resized to 900 height) and 53.

Open Beatrix, resize by 75% and add above the paper 9 ("frame") layer. Move her waist closest to element 22's left curve and then erase the bottom part of the tube.

Add the close up tube, after mirroring, and add above the paper 2 layer. Add Penta dot and cross to the tube and then paint.net glow.

Now is the time to crop your design. Resize before adding your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
