Open the template, delete all layers of word art and copyrights. Image > Canvas Size > 800 widths > OK. Flood-fill the white background.

Open the tube, resize by 70% and add above all template layers.

Merge layers 8, 13 and 6; use loucee_p6, resize by 25% and replace this new layer.

Replace layers 18 (both) with jcd-paper8, after a 25% resize.

Replace layers 5 (both) with jcd-paper5, after a 25% resize.

Replace layers 16 (both) with jcd-paper6, after a 20% resize. I duplicate, mirrored and flip for the second layer.

Replace layers 19 (both) with LRT_pattern8, after a 20% resize.

Replace layers 10 (both) with  LRT_pattern3, after a 20% resize.

Replace layers 17 (both) with ns_paper03, after a 20% resize.

Replace layers 1 (both) with LRT_pattern7, after a 20% resize.

Replace layers 21 (both) with ns_paper08, after a 20% resize.

For ANY outline layers --- choose your basic colour papers and use them! I used so many before settling on what I liked that I lost track. Sorry!

Open ns_mailtruck01, resize by 15% and add near Peanut's legs.

Open loucee_postbox2, resize by 40% and place it above the paper 6 layer.

Open ns_flower02, rotate, resize by 30% and add near the mailbox.

Open jcd-envelope1, resize by 17% and add below the mailbox.

Open LRT_flower3, resize by 15% and then add above the ns_flower02 layer.

Open jcd-leaf, resize by 20% and add below the mailbox layer.

Open LRT_flower2, resize by and add below the LRT_paper8 layer.

Open LRT_leaves, resize by 15% and add below the flower layer.

Open LRT_flower1, resize by 20% and add above the envelop layer.

Add any elements you wish now. I added a mask with LRT_pattern8.

Crop and/or resize, add your name and copyright information then upload to enjoy.
