 Let's Begin! 

Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later. Open the mask and upsize to 900 widths (height will follow); save.

Open paper 1, resize by 900 widths (height will follow) and apply the mask. Add this to the canvas and center align.

Open the frame, size by 50% and add above the mask layer. Center align then pull downward to the left.

Open paper 4, do not resize, and add to the center of the frame. Open the leaves, mirror, resize by 45% and add to the left of the frame.

Open the word art, resize by 80% and then add above all layers. Pull to the right and slightly turn to your liking.

Open flower 5, resize by 40% and add below the word art. Open the string, resize by 30% and add above the word art layer.

Open heart 2, resize by 30% and add below the string layer. Open flower 1, resize by 35% and add below the flower 4 layer.

Open flower 2, resize by 45% and then place beneath the flower 4 layer. Open flower 3, resize by and then add beneath the flower 2 layer.

Open the button, resize by 50% and add beneath the flower 3 layer. Open flower 4 again, resize by 20% and add below the heart layer.

Open the scatter, resize by 50% and then add above the mask layer. Undo the last resize and do so again by 35% and add above the frame layer.

To fill out the look, just duplicate a few flowers and the leaves layer, then move into position at the bottom of the word art tag and frame.

Add your drop shadow now, as well as any extra layers you'd like.

Open the tube, fix tube the way you like to see it, merged all layers, crop out sitting tube and resize by 85%. Add this to above the frame layer, duplicate and move one below the frame layer. Remove excess on the bottom layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove excess.

Crop as close as you can to the design and then resize. Add your name and coypright, then upload to enjoy.
