“Stars and Love” (NAME)

Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open  mask and upsize to 900 widths (height will follow), then apply the mask to paper 31. Add this to the canvas and center align.

Open frame 11, resize by 75%, add to the canvas and center align. Open paper 12, resize by 70% and add to the frame opening.

Open the tube and delete all layers but tube itself. I upsized the height to 935 (width will follow) and sharpened times 2. Add this to your canvas, mirror, center of the frame, and save.

Duplicate the tube layer. Move the lower one to below the frame layer and remove excess from this. Do the same to the top tube layer AFTER you drop shadow it.

Open element 16, resize by 60%, mirror, add to the left side of the frame. Open element 46, resize by 35% and add above the cake layer.

Open element 30, resize by 35% and add above the jar layer. Duplicate, move one lower and work until the back half is hiding behind the jar. Open element 113, resize by 15% and add below the tiara, working them until you get the desired look.

Open element 102, resize by 45% and add above the frame layer (right). Position with the smaller middle of the vase near the tube's hands.

Open element 110, resize by 30% and add under the jar laying, positioning so that the tiara looks like it pinned the flower to the design.

Open element 22, resize by 40% and add below the white flower layer. Open element 11, mirror, resize by 40% and add below the tea cup layer.

Open element 115, resize by 40% and add above the tube layer (right). Duplicate, move one below the tube layer. Drop shadow the first layer and remove excess so heart string can be seen.

Open element 83 and add above the tube layer. Duplicate and move one to above the frame layer.  Remove all excess from the right of the design, leaving only the left in tact. Do this for both upper and lower layers.

Open element 101, resize by 50% and add one layer above the tube layer, then add two others above the frame layer (one behind the cake and one above the vase).

Open element 63, resize by 40% and add above the element 83 layer. Remove element 83 excess from around tea cup and heart (lower).

Open element 41, resize by 40% and add above the vase layer. Manually rotate slightly to your liking.

Open element 122, mirror, resize by 60% and add above the frame layer, behind the cake. Open element 123 and add in two places above the last layer. Drop shadow and then merge these two flowers together.

I duplicated flower 110 and 111. I moved one below the cake (111) and one below the flower bunch we created above (110).

Open element 124 and resize by 50% and add above the frame layer ( backside of tube, left). I then went back to my resize, mirror and flipped it around, then placed it above my tea cup layer.

Now is the time to add any elements that you like. I added element 125 in several places and in different sizes. It's too complex to go into so use your own judgement for this.

Turn your background black and crop as close as you can to the mask layer, then turn back to white; save. Resize, add your name and copyright then upload to enjoy.
