 Let's Begin! 

Open the template and canvas resize by 825 widths (height will follow). Open paper 10 and apply the mask. Duplicate the mask and mirror; merge. Duplicate again and flip; merge all mask layers.

Open the tube, resize by 90% and add below all the word art layers. Delete the decorative scalloped layer.

Open paper 20 and replace the plum center circle. Open paper 3 and replace the green circle layer.

Open paper 18 and replace the lime green layer. Now move paper 3 above the paper 18 layer.

Open paper 15 and replace both of the creme colour circle layers. Open paper 14 and replace the center green rectangle layer.

Open paper 2 and replace the lime green rectangle; drop opacity to 180. Open paper 11, resize by 60% and replace all center squares.

Work your word art in the manner that you wish. I replaced the colour with paper paper 2.

Open element 2, resize by 40% and add below the tube layer. Open element 57, resize by 90% and add above the mask layer.

Open element 24 and add above the mask layer; duplicate, mirror (rotate as needed) and merge these two layers. Duplicate again and flip.

Open element 16, resize by 30% and then add one on each side of the design, above the greenery layer. Open element 108 and insert these into the left and right frames of the rectangle.

Open element 20, resize by 40% and add below the paper 14 layer. Manually rotate slightly to peek from below the layer. Duplicate and pull the lower layer to the right. (I duplicated, flipped, rotated and positioned one layer above the dashed line layer.)

Add spray 7 under element 2 layer. Open element 105, resize by 70% and add above the right dashed line layer.

Open element 44, resize by 40% and add above the spray layer. Open element 12, mirror, resize by 35% and add above the bucket layer.

Open element 36, resize by 25% and add above the bucket layer. Open element 40, resize by 35% and add above the bucket layer.

Open element 103, resize by 50% and then add in several places above the lace layer. Open element 36 again, resize by 30% and add below the cream flower layer.

Open element 16 again, resize by 40% and add above the lace layer in four places (2 up, 2 down near boot). Open element 23, resize by 80% and the add the right bow above the right side grass.

I duplicated the bow, mirrored and then position over the left hand side grass. Erase the excess on the left side, drop shadow both sides, and then merge these two layers into one.
