Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open frame 1, rotate, resize to 720 widths (height will follow) and add to the canvas; center align.

Use paper 11 to fill the frame in. Open element 52, add to one side of the frame and the duplicate and flip to add to the other side.

Open element 10, resize by 75% and add above the blue flower layer. Open element 41 and place under the bow (lower). Rotate manually to position, then duplicate and flip. Position this side as well and erase any excess.

Open element 4 and add above the frame layer. Turn slightly and position. Duplicate, flip and position on the other side as well; erase stems.

One either side of element 10, use the longer side of element 20 and then erase the rest. Duplicate and then position on the other side. Open element 5, resize by 35% and add above the element 52 layer.

Open element 55, resize by 50% and then tuck them in around flowers and frame; manually rotate to your desire. Add element 48 under ALL layers. Duplicate and position on the opposite side.

Add element 58 under the element 5 layer. Erase excess from back, leaving only the tip closest to the inner frame opening. Add element 27 above element 58 layer, slightly turning to position.

Open element 40, rotate and add above the element 48 layers. Open element 58, rotate and add below the element 10 layer.

Open the tube, delete all but the needed layer, mirror, resize by 75% and add below the frame layer. Duplicate and move one above the frame layer.

On the lower tube, erase the excess. On the upper tube layer, drop shadow and erase excess. I took special care near the hair (right hand side) to smooth it a bit to look real.

Add any touches that you'd like now. I added the bird above the frame layer for added effect.

Crop and/or resize now before adding your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
