Open the template: Image > Canvas Size > 800 widths (height will follow); flood-fill the white background. Delete all the word art layers and the two tan strip layers.

Open paper 8 and replace ALL the layers, except for the smaller right hand side circles. Use paper 1, after a 50% resize, to replace the remaining circles.

Tube the tube and set the layers. Resize by 39% and add to the template; center align.

Open spray 1 and add behind the mermaid.

Open element 20b, resize by 35% and add near the mermaid's tail.

Open element 3, mirror, resize by 50% and then add on the opposite side of the mermaid.

Open element 33b, resize by 50% and add above the element 3 layer.

Open element 23a, resize by 35% and then add in front of the mermaid's tails.

Open element 21a, resize by 50% and add in two places in the design (left and right); merge layers after drop shadow.

Open element 10b, resize by 35% and then add above all template layers (left side).

Add element 31 above all template layers.

Open element 63a, resize by 50% and add below the element 3 layer (right hand side).

Open element 37b, resize by 50% and add near the knee of the mermaid (behind).

Open element 8, resize by 25% and add above all template layers.

Open element 7, resize by 20% and add above all template layers.

Open element 6, resize by 30% and add above template layers.

Pick your paper of choice and apply the mask, then add this to the design. Add any other elements you choose at this time.

Crop and/or resize to your desired needs. Add your name and copyright, then upload to enjoy.
