Open the template and change the canvas size to 700 widths (height will follow) and delete the credits.

Open paper 6, resize by 18% and then replace the grey rectangle, light grey rectangle and the dark grey circle.

Open paper 4, resize by 18% and replace the black circle.

Add a new layer over the glitter layer and the dotted layer. Invert the dotted layer to white. Flood-fill both with CAE9E4 and then remove the excess. 

Merge the dotted layer and then new colour. Give the new glitter circle some noise.

Open the bird, resize by 30% and add above all layers to center. Duplicate and move one above the blue circle. Remove the excess on the lower bird, drop shadow the upper bird and then use a small eraser to rid the remainder.

Open element 21, turn to standing, resize by 35% and add above the lower paper 6 layer to position. Duplicate, move one below the upper bird layer, drop shadow and then blend the stick into the  flower bunch.

Open element 2, resize by 25%, mirror and then place above the last flower layer.

Open element 16, resize by 20% and add below the second flower layer.

Open element 4, resize by 20%, and add below the element 16 layer; turn manually. Duplicate and move above the element, drop shadow and then carefully remove the excess.

Open element 8, mirror, resize by 20% and then add below the first leaves layer.

Open element 17, resize by 23% and add below the element 2 layer (upper right).

Open element 18, resize by 18% and add below the element 2 layer; blend the stick where it meets the sign.

Crop and/or resize as needed, before adding your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
