Open the template and delete the credits.

Open paper 10, resize by 25%, and replace the aqua ovals layer.

Open paper 8, resize by 25% and replace the purple oval layer (make sure to pull upward so you get sand at the bottom of the paper).

Open paper 7, resize by 25% and replace the left and right blue rectangle layers.

Open paper 6, resize by 25% and replace the blue strip layer. Flip the paper and do it again. Erase the bottom part of the second new paper layer (on the template) and merge the two layers together.

Open paper 9, resize by 25%, and replace the aqua strip.

Open paper 11, resize by 25%, and replace the light blue top and bottom squares.

Open paper 12, resize as needed to apply the mask. Duplicate, mirror and flip, then merge the layers together.

Open the tube, resize by 48% and add above all template layers. 

Open the border, resize by 20% and add under the tube layer. Use a light eraser to blend it into the mask layer.

Open flower 7, resize by 25% and add below the waves layer. Duplicate three times and arrange them accordingly.

Open circles 2, resize by 25% and add to the right of the design, above all template layers. Duplicate, mirror and flip then position on the other side.

Open net 2, resize by 20% and add below the circles layer.

Open the anchor, resize by 20%, mirror, and then add above the circles layer, turning slightly.

Open the shell 2, resize by 20% and then add below the flower layer.

Open the orange starfish, resize by 15% and add below the waves layer; turn slightly.

Open string 4, resize by 20% and add in two places above the net layer.

Open flower 1, resize by 40% and then add below the tube layer (tail).

Open flower 8, resize by 15 and 18% and then add above the waves layer.

Open branch 3, resize by 50% and add in several places.

Add any elements you choose to now. Crop and/or resize as needed, and before you add your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
