Penta Colour Dot

Create a canvas 900 x 900. We can always crop and resize later. Open paper 9 and apply the mask. Add to the canvas and center align.

Open the circle frame of choice and change the width to 676 (height will follow). Add to the canvas and center align. I used paper 7 in the frame opening. However, I pulled it to the left and right to smooth out the sparkle bubbles.

Open frame 9, resize to 750 widths (height will follow), and add to the canvas. Move to the lower half of the canvas. Use paper 8 to the frame openings.

Add the fern below the paper 10 layer on the right and position. Duplicate, mirror and then position to the left side. Move the second below the first and erase the excess between the stars.

Open flower 11, and add below the paper 10 layer; position between the middle star. Duplicate and rotate by 18.00 and then position between the red star; move below the first flower layer.

Return to the first flower layer (white star), duplicate, rotate -18.00 and position under the blue star; position and move below the first flower layer.

Open flower 5, resize by 50% and add one each near the red and blue stars.

Open flower 2, resize by 50% and add one below each white flower layer under the red and blue stars.

Open flower 8, resize by 50% and add above the flower 2 layer and under the white stars.

Add the stars01 over the flowers 2 layer and position. Duplicate and mirror to place to the right, flip, and then position.

Add the sparkler behind the stars01 layer, and position near the stars.

Open the heart, resize by 40%, and apply above the two sparkler layers; rotate the one on the left slightly.

Open the button and add above the flowers 2 layer.

Open decorations 1 and 2, resize both by 50% and add the red one above the flowers11 layer and the blue one above the stars01 layer.

Open flower 4, do not resize, mirror around until you get the lighter side, and add below the flower 2 layer; erase the excess.

Open flower01 and add around the top of the frame (above the mask layer) until you have an circle. Duplicate and mirror, then merge these layers together. Pull out the mask layer some, if needed.

Open the standing tube, do not resize, and add above the frame layer. Position this tube in the center and erase lower excess.

Open the close up tube and add one to the left of the standing tube, duplicate and mirror; remove excess. Re-position the standing tube to your liking between the two and save.

Duplicate the close up layer, add a normal Paint.net glow and then lower the opacity to 180; add a regular Penta Colour Dot setting.

On the upper close up layer, add the same Penta Colour Dot setting, then reduce the opacity to 140.

Open ribbon 1, do not resize, and add above the decoration 2 layer; erase excess. Do so again with the curly part, above decoration 1 layer  and erase excess.

Open ribbon 2, do not resize, and add above the button layer; erase excess. Do so again with the curly part above the fern layer; erase excess.

Add several greens layers at your discretion. You may also add any new elements now and drop shadow layers as you see fit. I added several layers of sparkle as well.
