Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.
Open paper 5 and apply your mask. I resized mine to 1100 widths (height will follow) and add it to my blank canvas, then center aligned.
Duplicate your mask layer a few times and then merge together.
Open the frame, resize by 45% and then add to the canvas; center align.
Open the Christmas Character, resize by 35% and add above the frame layer; center align.
Open leaves 1, resize by 15% and add to the left of the frame layer.
Open flower 4, resize by 22% and then add above the leaves 1 layer.
Open flower 2, resize by 25% and then add in two places under the leaves 1 layer.
Open the tooth, resize by 45% and add above the character layer; position, duplicate and then move one below the character. Drop shadow the top layer and remove excess.
Open the toothpaste, resize by 30% and add above the frame layer.
Open the toothbrush, resize by 25% and add above the toothpaste layer; rotate manually.
Open the notes, resize by 25% and add above all layers; duplicate, move one below the tooth layer, drop shadow the upper layer and remove excess.
Open the ribbon, resize by 17% and then add above the toothbrush layer.
Add any new elements that you see fit now.
Crop as close as you can to your mask layer. Resize before adding your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
