Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Use paper 2 and replace layers black and pink rectangle. Use paper 1 and replace layers white rectangle and both black rectangles.

I simply changed the colour of the pink stars. 

Open the clock, add above the paper 2, center horizontal, mirror to drop shadow, mirror to reposition and then remove the excess.

Open the tube, set up your layers, merge together and then resize by 53%; add above all layers.

Open foliage 1 and add below the tube layer (right).

Open flower 2, resize to 276 widths (height will follow), mirror and then place above the foliage layer.

Add flowers 1, 4 and 5 under flower 2.

Open ribbon 1, resize to 614 widths (height will follow) and add below the red rose layer.

Open ribbon 2, resize height to 375 (width will follow) and add it above the dotted line layer.

Open bow 1, resize to 261 widths (height will follow) and add above the ribbon 1 layer.

I kept the black lines from the template but kept pulling it out slightly until it filled out the way that I liked it.

I then used Segoe UI Symbol and Sunnday for my text.
