Open the template, add a new layer (flood-fill white and move to the bottom) resize to 800 widths and then a canvas size to 950 widths; flood-fill white again and save.

Delete the credits.

Open ljd_DocDays_ppr15, resize by 25% and replace raster 1.

Open ljd_DocDays_ppr23, resize by 25% and replace raster 4.

Open ljd_DocDays_ppr19, resize by and replace raster 2.

Open ljd_DocDays_ppr30, resize by 25% and replace the merged layer.

Open the tube, resize height to 639 and then add above all the layers, over the center box; duplicate, move one below the box, drop shadow the top layer and then remove the excess.

Open ljd_DocDays_heart beat sticker, resize by 50% and add above all layers.

Open ljd_DocDays_bottle clear, resize by 40% and then add above all layers; move to below the paper 30 layer, duplicate, move above the middle frame layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove excess.

Open ljd_DocDays_syringe, resize by 30%, add above the bottle layer, manually turn and then drop shadow.

Add ljd_DocDays_staples on the left, above the middle frame layer.

Open ljd_DocDays_tablets red, resize by 50% and add above the white background.

Open ljd_DocDays_medical symbol sticker, resize by 30% and add below the tube layer.

Open ljd_DocDays_leaves grey, resize by 25% and add above the middle frame layer.

Open ljd_DocDays_flower red, resize by 25% and add above the leaves layer.

Open ljd_DocDays_flower blue 2, resize by 15% and add below the last flower layer.

Open ljd_DocDays_cross circle red, resize by 30% and then add below the bottle layer.

Open ljd_DocDays_flower stacked blue, resize by 20% and add above the bottle layer.

Open ljd_DocDays_tablets red, resize by 50% and add in the corners; remove excess pills.

Open ljd_DocDays_splat blue, resize by 30% and add below the tablets layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed), before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
