Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open the mask, resize to 900 widths (height will follow) and save.

Open  ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Stripes 1, rotate, apply the mask, rotate back, and add to the canvas; remove any excess and center align.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Frame 2, resize by 25% and add to the canvas.

To change the colour, go to Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast > Brightness 100%  ok. I added a layer over the frame, flood-filled white, removed excess and then lowered the opacity to 175.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Scene, resize by 20% and add to the frame opening; remove excess.

Open the tube and gather your layers; add to the bottom of the design above all layers.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Palm Tree, resize by 50% and add above all frame layers; duplicate, move one below all frame layers and remove excess.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Splat, resize by 40% and add above the mask layer. Duplicate, add glass, merge, and then drop shadow. I then duplicated again and position near the mermaid hand.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Ribbon 1, resize by 35%, flip, and then add above the frame layer.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Compass, resize by 27% and add under the tube layer.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Shell 2, resize by 30% and then add above the compass.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Starfish, resize by 20%, add above the compass layer and rotate slightly.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Seagull, resize by 35% and add above all layers.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Ribbon 1, resize by 30% and add above the compass layer, remove excess.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Frame 1, resize by 20% and add near the mermaid's hands.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Blended 2, resize by 15% and fill the second frame opening.

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Border, resize by 15% and add above the second frame paper (remove excess).

Open ChristinaC_PSJune2021BT_BeachyKeen_Bubbles, resize by 20% and add in the second frame layer.

Crop as close as you can to the mask layer, resize (if needed), and then add your name and copyright information; upload to enjoy.
