Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_paper2, resize to 900 widths and apply the mask; add to the canvas and center align.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_frame2 and add over the mask layer; center align.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_frame1 and add over the frame 2 layer.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_paper3 and replace the frame opening in frame 2.

Open the tube, resize to 538 widths and add to the right of all layers.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_ele20 and add below the tube layer.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_ele17 and add above the frame layers.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_ele3 and add above the mask layer.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_ele11 and add above the mask layer.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_ele12, resize by 50% and add below the tube layer.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_ele21, resize by 50% and add above the tube layer.

Open GS-Elias_36-1_wordart and add above all layers; outline and drop shadow.

Crop as close as you can to the mask layer, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
