Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Frame_5b and add to the canvas; center align.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Paper_5 and replace the frame openings.

Open tube, delete everything but the sitting tube, resize by 50% and add above all layers; center.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_57 and add to either side of the frame layer, below the tube layer.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_32 and add in two places below the frame paper.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Spray_4 and add a few flowers above the wreath leaves.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Spray_3: use the regular size on the lower left side; se a 750 width size on the upper right hand side. Position these so they look like a complete piece.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_50: use the regular size on the lower left had (above the frame layer) and a resize of 50% on the middle right hand side.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_13 and 14: add these both above the frame layer (left hand side) and element 13 to the right hand side as well.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_19, resize by 65% and add below the tube layer.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_18, mirror, resize by 70% and add to the right of the tube layer.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_34, resize by 50% and add below the element 19 layer.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_40, rotate, and add above the frame layer (left hand side).

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_35, resize by 65% and add above the frame layer.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_38, resize by 50% and add above element 35 layer.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_6b, resize by 50% and place under the element 57 layer.

Open DD_TheFinishingTouch_Element_11, resize by 50% and add above the element 50 layer; manually rotate to fit.

Drop shadow every layer now. The Spray 3 layer was drop shadowed tightly, merged together, and then I removed the bottom half of the spray.
