Open the template, do a resize to 868 widths and then do a canvas resize to 1068 widths.

I deleted all layers above the dotted lines layer.

Add the wire above the white background: duplicate, mirror and then merge together.

Add the splatter above the wire layer; duplicate and mirror. I did this twice, with using both purple and yellow sides.

Use paper 6 to replace the circle layer. Use paper 12 to replace the circle layer 2.

Add the skyline above the paper 12 layer, flip, drop shadow, flip again and then remove the excess.

Open the tube, resize to 725 widths and add above all layers; position.

Add label2 above all layers, position and then erase the excess on the tube.

Add scattered bling over the label2 layer: drop shadow and remove excess.

Open the cd, resize by 50% and add below the label layer.

Open the disco ball, resize by 40% and add above the cd layer.

Open the record, resize by 50% and add above the disco ball.

Add the pearl swirl above the splatter layer, after being mirrored. Add one below the cd layer as well.

Open the boombox, resize by 75% and add below the tube layer.

Open star2, resize by 40%, mirror, and then add above all layers.

Add stars above the dotted circle layer, manually turn to position.

Open the ribbon, resize to 650 widths and then add below the label2 layer.

Open star4, resize by 50%, mirror, and then add above the pearl layer (left side).

Open star3, resize by 50% and add above the cd layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
