Create a canvas 1000x1000; we'll resize later.

Open flergs-safeharbor-frame (1), resize by 55% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open the tube and gather your layers; merge, resize by 50% and add above the frame layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-pp5, resize by 25% and replace the frame opening.

Open the background of the tube, resize by 40% and add above the frame paper layer; remove excess.

Drop the opacity to 100 on the tube background, add Penta Colour Dot 2012, and Xero Porcelain to the layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-lighthouse, resize by 35% and add above the frame layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-flower (1), resize by 25% and add above the frame layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-coral (2), resize by 15% and add below the flower layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-starfish (1), resize by 15% and add above the flower layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-buoy, resize by 35% and add above the frame layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-title, resize by 35% and add above all layers. I duplicated, outlined and drop shadowed the bottom layer, and then added Eye Candy Glass to the top layer with a colour chosen from my tube.

Open flergs-safeharbor-wheel, resize by 35% and add above the buoy layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-flower (2), resize by 35% and add above the wheel layer.

Open flergs-safeharbor-starfish (2), resize by 15% and add below the mermaid's tail.

Open flergs-safeharbor-coral (1), resize by 15% and add below the second starfish layer.

I created the "waves" layer with the colour 1F4455 and Franklin Gothic Medium font.

Open flergs-safeharbor-pp1, resize by 25% and apply your mask. I duplicated it, mirrored and then merged these layers. I duplicated again and flipped, then merged the layers together again.
