Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open flergs-DSP-favorited-frame (2), rotate, resize by 35% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open flergs-DSP-favorited-hearts, resize by 45% and add below the frame layer; pull one upward and one lower, drop shadow and then merge.

Open flergs-DSP-favorited-pp4, resize by 25% and add to the frame openings. I added a layer over this, flood-filled white, and then removed the excess.

On the paper 4 layer, add a glow and remove any excess.

Open the tube, resize by 70% and add above all layers. I did a normal tube for the inside of the frame and added a glow.

Open flergs-DSP-favorited-xoxo, resize by 40% and add above the tube layer.

Open flergs-DSP-favorited-flower (2), resize by 30% and add one below the word art layer and one above the hearts layer.

Open flergs-DSP-favorited-flower (1), resize by , and add one above the hearts layer and one below the word art layer.

Open flergs-DSP-favorited-candyheart (3), flip and mirror to position, resize by 50% and add above the frame layer; duplicate, move one below the right flower layer, drop shadow the top layer and remove a bit of the lower heart.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
