Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (11), resize to 730 widths and add to the canvas; center align.

Open the tube and remove all but the background layers; resize by 40% and add to the frame opening.

Gather the newspaper and book layers from the tube and arrange; resize by 50%, merge and add above the frame layer.

Gather the tube layers and resize by 45%; add below the book layer.

Use miggs_syhobt_jan22 (2) and apply Mask 336; resize as needed.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (17), resize by 35% and add above all layers.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (26) and add in two places above the mask layer.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (25), mirror, and add above the mask layer; duplicate, mirror and merge.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (15) and add above the frame paper layer; duplicate to darken, and then duplicate again, mirror and flip to position on the left hand side. Remove excess.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (20) and add above the frame layer.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (3), resize by 40% and add above the frame layer.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (14), resize by 50% nd add above the gear layer.

Open miggs_syhobt_jan22 (19), resize by 35% and add above all layers; manually turn slightly.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
