Download the template, resize to 869 widths and then a canvas resize to 1069 widths; we'll resize later.

Delete the first four (4) layers.

Open DBD_WTF_Paper (9), resize by 50%, mirror, and replace the small circle layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (124) and add above the paper 9 layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Paper (14), resize by 75% and replace the large circle 3 layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Paper (18), resize by 75% and replace the square 2 layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Paper (16), resize by 75%, manually rotate once placed over the square layer and replace.

Open DBD_WTF_Paper (2) to replace the large circle 2 layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Paper (13) and replace the square 1 layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Paper (11) and replace the large circle layer.

Add DBD_WTF_WordArt (1) over all layers and position.

Open the tube, resize to 850 widths and add above all layers.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (59), resize by 50% and add below the tube layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (35), resize by 60% and add below the bow layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (105), resize by 50%, mirror and position above the tube layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (75), resize by 50% and add above the leaf layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (95), resize by 50% and add below the leaf layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (80), resize by 40% and add below the element 95 layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (73), resize by 40% and add below the white rose layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (73), resize by 50% and add above the pink daisy layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (97), resize by 40% and add below the element 124 layer.

Open DBD_WTF_Element (71) and add one on each side above the mask layers.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
