Open the template, resize to 900 widths and then a canvas resize to 1000 widths.

Merge layers 14 and 13 together, 15 and 16 together,  3 and 4 together, and 1 and 2 together.

Move layers 7, 9, and 10 near each other and merge together. Use DBD_BSA_Paper (3) to replace.

Move layers 8, 11, and 12 near each other and merge together. Use DBD_BSA_Paper (4) to replace. I also used this paper to replace layer 17.

Use DBD_BSA_Paper (1), after a 75% resize, to replace layer 18.

Use DBD_BSA_Paper (7) to replace the merged layers 13 and 1.

Use DBD_BSA_Paper (8) to replace layer 5.

Use 4CC49A to replace all remaining layers.

Use DBD_BSA_Paper (10) to apply the mask.

Open the tube, resize by 70% and add below the wordart later.

Add DBD_BSA_Element (51) above the tube layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (20), resize by 60% and add above the tube layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (31), resize by 60%, mirror, and add above the feather layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (41), resize by 40% and add above the feather layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (36), resize by 35% and add above the element 31 layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (45), resize by 40% and add above the feather layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (17), resize by 30% and add above the feather layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (18), mirror, resize by 35% and add below the white rose layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (7), resize by 27% and add above the cupcake layer.

Open DBD_DBD_BSA_Element (45), resize by 70% and add above the feather layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (3), resize by 50% and add above the cupcake layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (24), resize by 70% and add above the tube layer.

Open DBD_BSA_Element (47), resize by 50%, mirror and flip, then add above the dahlia layer.

Use DBD_BSA_Element (49) in various sizes to fill in around the flowers.

Work up your wordart to your liking.
