Open the template, canvas resize to 900 widths, flood-fill the background and save.

Delete the credits and all word art layers.

Invert the colour on the black frame layer and rename white frame layer.

Invert colour on the black lines layer and use colour EB799A to replace this layer. Do the same for the orange stars layer, but add a noise setting.

Use EB799A to replace Orange Glitter Circles layer.

Use BL_Paper (3) to replace the Orange Tow The Line Tangles and Orange Frame Back layers.

Use BL_Paper (16) to replace Black Transmission Layer.

Use BL_Paper (19) to replace Big Black Circles Layer.

Use BL_Paper (5) to replace Transmission Layer.

Use BL_Paper (7), add a glow to lighten, to replace Orange Grad Circle Layer.

Use BL_Paper (17) to replace Small Black Circles. I duplicated mine, positioned them the way I wanted, and then erased the excess on both before merging again.

Open the tube, resize by 65% and add above all layers.

Open BL_Element (103), resize by 75% and add to one side of the design (above all layers). Duplicate, mirror and flip, then position to the opposite side.

Open BL_Element (10), resize by 50% and add one to either side of the leaves layer.

Open BL_Element (65), resize by 45% and then add to the left side of the design.

Open BL_Element (92), resize by 50% and then add below the element 10 layer (both sides).

Open BL_Element (92), resize by 55% and add under the leaves layer (both sides).

Open BL_Element (32), resize by 45% and add under the element 10 layer.

Open BL_Element (63), resize by 35% and add above the right side element 10 layer.

Open BL_Element (2), resize by 50% and add above all layers.

Open BL_Element (34), mirror, resize by 45% and add under the nest layer.

Open BL_Element (21), resize by 50% and add above the bird layer.

Add BL_Element (57) above the leaves layer.

Open BL_Element (79), resize by 45% (left side), and 55% (right side); both are under the tube layer.

Add BL_Element (73) to the right, under the element 79 layer. Resize by 45% and add to the left hand side. 

Open BL_Element (5), resize by 65% and add above the tube layer.

Add above all template layers; duplicate, mirror and merge.

Open BL_Element (19), resize by 65% and add above the white frame layer.

Open BL_Element (11), resize by 50% and add above the the lantern layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
