Open the template, resize to 850 widths and then do a canvas resize to 1050 widths.

Add the tube above the frame paper background. Resize the tube to 786 widths and then add on either side of the half body tube. Add Filter Unlimited Paper textures Canvas fine to the close up tubes.

Use ScrapTK_Whatever-paper3 to replace the black circle layer.

Use ScrapTK_Whatever-paper6 to apply the mask.

Use ScrapTK_Whatever-solid2 to replace the pink and white circle layers.

For the circle text: Adjustments > invert colours > Hue/Saturation: and use the settings below.

Add a glass setting to the circle text, outline and drop shadow.

Use ScrapTK_Whatever-paper1 to replace the frame layer.

Add ScrapTK_Whatever-element8b over all layers.

Add ScrapTK_Whatever-element15 over the chevron layer.

Open ScrapTK_Whatever-element4a, resize by 30% and add in two places.

Resize by 50% and add near the chevron layer.
