Use Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Pattern5, after a 25% resize, to replace layer black dotted rectangle.

Use Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Pattern21, after a 25% resize, to replace layer black rectangle.

Use Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Pattern18, after a 25% resize, to replace layer pink rectangle.

Open the tube, resize to 737 height and then add above all layers; center align.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Pot, resize by 20% and add below the tube layer.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Confetti, resize by 45% and add below the pot layer.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_HourseShoe, resize by 50% and add above the confetti layer.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Flower2, resize by 25% and add above the horseshoe layer.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Sticker2, resize by 25% and add above the flower 2 layer.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Flower8, resize by 20% and add above the horseshoe layer.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Ribbon2, resize by 30%, mirror and add above the tube layer; duplicate, move one below the tube, drop shadow the top layer, and remove the excess.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Flower7, resize by 20% and add above the sticker layer.

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Flair4, resize by 25% and add above the pot layer.

NOTE: If you are going to do the tag below:

Open Aprilisa_JustMyLuck_Fellow1, resize by 40% and add above all layers; position.

Remove the excess on the ribbon layer and you're done!
