Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open RAS_Element (66), resize to 750 widths, add tot he canvas and center align.

Add RAS_Frame (2) to the canvas and center align.

Open RAS_Paper (8), resize by 50% and fill the frame opening.

Add RAS_Element (75) above all layers.

Open RAS_Element (1), resize by 50% and add above the flower layer.

Open  RAS_Element (22), resize by 40% and add above the dog layer.

Add RAS_Element (62), resize by 50%, and add above the frame layer.

Open RAS_Element (63), mirror, resize by 30% and add below the dog layer.

Open RAS_Element (88), resize by 50%, and add below the element 62 layer.

Open RAS_Element (31), resize by 50% and add below the red sunflower layer.

Add RAS_Element (104) above the frame layer.

Open RAS_Element (7), resize by 25% and add above all layers; manually rotate.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
