Resize the template to 762 widths and then do a canvas resize to 962 widths; delete layer 10.

Open the half body tube, mirror, resize by 80% and add above all layers.

Merge layers 1 and 3 together: use ldrag_ovm_pattern7, after a 20% resize.

Covert the old template layer to white and outline by 8 in white.

Open ldrag_ovm_solid4, resize by 20% and replace layer 5.

Open ldrag_ovm_pattern9, resize by 20% and replace layer 4.

Open ldrag_ovm_solid3, resize by 20% and replace layers 6 and 7; merge.

Open the close up tube and add over the solid paper 3 layer; change blend mode to overlay.

Open ldrag_ovm_element (1), resize by 31% and add below all layers; center align.

Open ldrag_ovm_element (2), resize by 25% and add above all layers; erase excess on element 1 now.

Open ldrag_ovm_branch (2), resize by 20% and add to each side of the element 2 layer; remove excess before a drop shadow and then merge together.

Open ldrag_ovm_lighthouse, resize by 20% and add above the patter paper 7 layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_net (1), resize by 20% and add below the lighthouse layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_starfish (1), mirror, resize by 25% and add above the close up layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_boat (1), resize by 20% and add above the foliage layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_flowers (3), resize by 30% and add below the foliage layer. Do a separate one for each side, drop shadow, erase excess and then merge together.

Open ldrag_ovm_lifebuoy (2), resize by 12% and add above the flowers 3 layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_corals (2), resize by 20% and add above the life buoy layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_flower (6), resize by 20% and add above the starfish layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_button (1), resize by 30% and add above the foliage layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_flower (2), resize by 30% and add below the coral layer.

Open ldrag_ovm_fish, resize by 20% and add above the button layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
