Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open neia-snflowers-frame-1, resize by 30% and add to the canvas; center align. I duplicated this layer, moved it to one side, placed it under the top frame layer, duplicated again, and then mirrored to position on the opposite side. I did not merge any layers together.

Open neia-munflowers-pp-8, resize by 25% and replace the upper frame opening.

Open neia-munflowers-pp-1, resize  by 25% and replace the lower frame openings.

Open neia-snflowers-gnomo-1, resize by 40% and add below the wordstrip layer.

Open neia-snflowers-gnomo-2, resize by 20% and add above the Gnome 1 layer.

Open neia-snflowers-bike, resize by 45% and add under both Gnome layers.

Open neia-snflowers-foliage-3, resize by 50% and add above the Gnome layer; drop shadow, duplicate, mirror and merge together.

Open neia-snflowers-foliage-1, resize by 30% and add above the foliage 3 layer; do the same as above.

Open JBS-Sunflowers-flower3, resize by 30% and add above the foliage layers. I resized again by 20% and 15% to make a swag.

Open neia-snflowers-button-1, resize by 25% and add above the 15% sunflower layer.

Open JBS-Sunflowers-wordstrip10, resize by 50% and add below all flower 3 layers. 

Open neia-snflowers-sunflower-2, resize by 20% and add above all foliage layers. I added a few beside the larger flower 3 after a 15% resize.

Open neia-snflowers-butterfly, resize by 15% and add in two places. Resize again by 12% and add above the Gnome 1's hat.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
