Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Add MTA_FourthOfJuly_frame_4 to the canvas and center align.

Open MTA_FourthOfJuly_paper_2, resize by 75% and add to the frame opening.

Add MTA_FourthOfJuly_ele_40, resize to 779 height, and then add over all layers and center.

Open MTA_FourthOfJuly_ele_19, resize by 30% and add to the design; center align.

Drop shadow the above layer to your liking, apply the following settings, and then move below all layers.

I now used Paper 2 to apply my mask, and then upsized it to 950 widths to add above the white background; center align.

Open MTA_FourthOfJuly_ele_44, resize by 90% and add above the frame layer.

Open MTA_FourthOfJuly_ele_13, resize by 50% and add over all layers.

Open MTA_FourthOfJuly_ele_17, resize by 30% and add above the center firework.

Resize again by 20% and place over the remaining fireworks; merge layers.

Add MTA_FourthOfJuly_ele_43 under the flower layer.

Open MTA_FourthOfJuly_ele_20, resize by 50% and add above the statue layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize, if needed, before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
