Open the template and delete layers 6, 4 and 9. Resize to 895 widths and then do a canvas resize to 1000 widths; save.

Open the tube, resize by 64% and add above all layers.

Use PDS-Happy 4th Of July_PP4 to replace the raster 5 layer.

Use PDS-Happy 4th Of July_PP6 to replace the raster 7 layer.

Merge Raster 8 layers together and use PDS-Happy 4th Of July_PP3 to replace.

Use PDS-Happy 4th Of July_PP8 (rotate) to replace raster 1 layer.

Add a harder noise on raster 3 layer to darken.

I duplicated my raster 2 layer, used an eraser to remove excess inside (red layer) and then used the same hard noise level on that layer.

Add PDS-Happy 4th Of July_Ele04 above the frame paper, drop shadow and remove the excess.

Add PDS-Happy 4th Of July_Ele11 into left side frame, duplicate, and remove excess on both. Do the same for PDS-Happy 4th Of July_Ele34.

Open PDS-Happy 4th Of July_Ele38, resize by 45% and add above all layers.

Open PDS-Happy 4th Of July_Ele30, resize by 45% and add above all layers.

Open PDS-Happy 4th Of July_Ele40, resize by 50% and add above all layers.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
