Open oohlala_romantiqueao_journal tag, rotate, resize by 65% and add to the canvas; center align.

Add tube over the journal tag layer and center.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_flower 4, resize by 15%, add to the canvas, and then use the copies settings below.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_layered flower 4, resize by 30% and add above all layers.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_flower 4, resize by 20% and add one above and below the layered flower 4 layer.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_rose pink 1, resize by 25% and add one below each flower 4 layer.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_leaf pink 2, resize by 25% and add where you'd like them to be.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_rosette 2 pat 4, resize by 20% and add one above each leaf layer.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_pap flower 1, resize by 22% and add above one rosette 2 layer.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_string, resize by 30% and add above the journal layer. My design only has to the right hand swirl. I simply duplicated, mirrored, flipped, positioned and then merged together.

Open oohlala_romantiqueao_glitter scatter, resize by 30% and place layers above the journal tag layer. My design has many layers that I played with and then merged together.
