Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Add AddictivePleasures_BNW_frame4 to the canvas and center align.

Add AddictivePleasures_BNW_p12 to the frame openings.

Use AddictivePleasures_BNW_p2 with your mask and add below all layers.

Add AddictivePleasures_BNW_bottlecap above the ones on the frame

Add AddictivePleasures_BNW_ribbonandbow above the first cap layer, duplicate, move one below the second cap layer and then remove excess.

Open the tube, resize the standing tube to 660 height and add to the right side of the frame. The close up tube I resized to 760 heights, added this to the left side of the frame and then adjusted to black and white.

Add AddictivePleasures_BNW_sparkles above the mask layer. I duplicated several times to darken.

Add AddictivePleasures_BNW_web above the sparkles layer.

Add AddictivePleasures_BNW_spider above all layers; lighten (or darken) to your liking.

Add two AddictivePleasures_BNW_BarbedWire below the ribbon bow layer.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
