Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open DBS_Special Moments_el 90, resize by 35%, add to the canvas and then center align.

Use the Copies settings below to create a frame layer.

Open DBS_Special Moments_el 21, resize to 500 widths, sharpen x2 and then add above the frame layer; center align.

Add DBS_Special Moments_paper 3 above the frame layer, use your magic wand to remove the outside of the paper, and then copy this into a new image to enlarge to 1077 widths. 

Return your paper to below the frame layer and use the Gaussian Blur settings below to create a mask layer.

Open DBS_Special Moments_el 101, resize by 50%, sharpen x2, add to the canvas, move to above the mask layer and then center align; use the copies settings below.

Open DBS_Special Moments_el 73, resize by 45% and add below the clock layer and then center align; use the copies settings below.

Open the tube, resize to 600 widths and add above all layer; center align.

Add DBS_Special Moments_el 49 below the clock layer in several places, removing any excess with your eraser, and then merge these layers together.

Add DBS_Special Moments_el 49 above the angel layer as well, one on each side, and then remove the excess hearts.

Add DBS_Special Moments_el 102 above all layers, and then use the brightness settings below to darken.

Add DBS_Special Moments_el 103 below the element 102 layer in two places.

Open DBS_Special Moments_el 83, mirror, resize by 50% and add above all layers. Duplicate, mirror and flip, then position below the first rose layer; merge.

Add DBS_Special Moments_el 118 below the rose layer.

Add DBS_Special Moments_el 126 under the swirl layer and remove a few beads.

Add DBS_Special Moments_el 51 above the rose layer and then remove one butterfly.

Crop as close as you can to the mask and/or design (without cutting off items), resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
