Create a canvas 900 x 900. We can always crop and resize later.

Open PDS_STL- paper2, apply the mask, add over the white background and then mirror; save.

Open PDS_STL- paper1, apply mask 51, mirror, rotate 9 degrees to the right and move below the last mask layer; center align; save.

Open PDS_STL- frame3, resize by 90%, add over the mask layers, and then turn 9 degrees to the right; save.

Add PDS_STL- paper1 into the frame opening. I mirrored and rotated my paper 9 degrees to the right; save.

Add PDS_STL- leaves above the mask layer; center align, flip, and then use the rotation settings below:

Again, add PDS_STL- leaves above the mask layer (under the last leaves layer), center align, and then use the rotation settings below:

Add PDS_STL- ribbon4 above all layers, positioning at the bottom of the frame; save.

Add PDS_STL- flower4 above the leaves layer and above the ribbon layer; save.

Add PDS_STL- ribbon flower above the lower purple flower layer; save.

Add PDS_STL- sparkle heart above the purple flower layer and rotate to your liking.

Open PDS_STL- heart2, resize by 80%, add under your sparkle layer, then rotate as you did the sparkle heart layer to position; save.

Add PDS_STL- paper1 in the center of the silver heart.

I added another leaves layer at the top of the design, above the mask layer. I simply manually rotated until I liked the look.

Add the close up tube to the frame opening, add the standing tube to the heart frame opening, and then remove the excess on both; save.

Use a regular Unplugged Interlace on the heart frame tube and paper, reduce the opacity on the tube and then add a glow to both.

The glow on my close up tube has a -60 brightness.

Crop as close as you can to the design, resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
