Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.
Download your tube and grab all of your chosen layers; merge and hold.
Add AC - Angelical Eyes - Frame 2 to the canvas and center align.
Add AC - Angelical Eyes - Paper 9 to the frame opening and remove excess.
Add AC - Angelical Eyes - Paper 3 to the frame opening and then lower the opacity to 200.
Add AC - Angelical Eyes - Paper 8 to the star openings on the frame and then add noise.
Add AC - Angelical Eyes - Scatter above the frame paper.
Add AC - Angelical Eyes - Moon below the tube layer, mirror and then position.
Add AC - Angelical Eyes - Cloud 1 below the moon layer.
Add AC - Angelical Eyes - Sparkles 1 below the tube layer.
Open AC - Angelical Eyes - Flower 2, resize by 50% and add to the canvas, below all layers. Use the copies settings below.
Crop as close as you can to the mask and/or design (without cutting off items), resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
