Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Add CCC_IADL ele (7) to the canvas; center align (if needed).

Fill the frame with CCC_IADL paper (3); remove excess.

Open the tube, resize the height to 774, sharpen by 2 and then add above all layers; duplicate and move one below the frame layer; remove excess on both layers after drop shadow (top layer only).

Go back to the original size and grab both flowers to add above the tube layer.

Add CCC_IADL ele (5) above the paper background, position, duplicate, move on above the frame, drop shadow and then remove the excess on both layers.

Open CCC_IADL ele (6), resize by 50%, add to one side of the frame paper, duplicate, mirror and merge. Drop shadow and then remove the excess.

Open CCC_IADL ele (16), resize by 35%, mirror and then add below the grass layer (to position); duplicate and move above the grass layers (then remove excess).

Open CCC_IADL ele (14), resize by 45% and add above the grass layer.

Open CCC_IADL ele (4), mirror, resize by 30% and then add above all layers.

Open CCC_IADL ele (18), resize by 30% and add to the left of the design.

Open CCC_IADL ele (19), mirror, resize by 25% and add on the dog's paw.

Add CCC_IADL paper (2) above the frame layer, use your magic wand to remove the outside ONLY of the paper, and then move below the frame paper layer.

First, use the Bokeh settings below, and then use the Frosted Glass settings afterward.

Crop as close as you can to the mask and/or design (without cutting off items), resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
