Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open CCC_F ele (4), resize by 40% and then add to the canvas; center align.

Open CCC_F ele (34), resize by 35%, add above the mat layer, and then use the rotation settings below.

Open CCC_F paper (2), resize by 20%, use the same rotation settings and then remove the excess.

Open CCC_F ele (42), resize by 50% and add above all layers. Duplicate the frame layer, move above the ribbon layer, and remove the excess.

Open CCC_F ele (28), resize by 30% and add under the frame paper layer; center align and then use the Copies settings below.

Open CCC_F ele (12), resize by 25% and add above the doily layer. Use the brightness settings below.

Open CCC_F ele (8), resize by 15% and then add below the ribbon layer. Duplicate, move above the ribbon layer, drop shadow, and then carefully remove the excess.

Open CCC_F ele (31), resize by 30% and add above all layers; remove stem from leaves now.

Open CCC_F ele (16), resize by 25% and add above the leaves layer; carefully remove excess after giving it a drop shadow.

Open CCC_F ele (11), resize by 50% and then position this under the element 16 layer. Again, duplicate, move one below the tag layer, drop shadow the top layer ad then remove the excess on both.

Open CCC_F ele (27), resize by 18%, mirror, and then position above all layers.

Open CCC_F ele (32), resize by 55% and add above all layers.

Open CCC_F ele (24), resize by 30% and then add above the doily layer.

Open CCC_F ele (20), resize by 30% and then add above all layers; manually rotate.

I moved my doily down to the left slightly now (easier than moving all layers).

Open the tube, resize the height to 850, add above the first frame layer, duplicate, move below the frame layer, drop shadow the top layer and then remove the excess on both layers.

Crop as close as you can to the mask and/or design (without cutting off items), resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
