Download the template, resize to 750 widths and then do a canvas resize to 950 widths. Flood-fill the white background, remove the watermark, delete the zig zag layer, delete all shadow layers, and then save.

Open ljd_lis_frozen, resize by 25% and then add below the H rectangle layer.

Open ljd_lis_ppr08, resize by 25% and replace the frame layer.

Open ljd_lis_ppr05, resize by 25%, and then replace the frame fill and strip layers.

Open ljd_lis_ppr15, resize by 25% and replace the frame bg 1 layer.

Open ljd_lis_glitter blue, resize by 25% and then replace the black strip and H rectangle layers.

Open ljd_lis_ppr19, resize by 25%, replace the duo strips and frame bg 2 layers.

Open ljd_lis_ppr13, resize by 25% and replace the V rectangle layer.

Open ljd_lis_ppr03, resize by 25% then replace the circle and scalloped rectangle layers.

Open ljd_lis_ppr18, resize by 25% and replace the bg square layer.

Add the tube to the frame opening and use the glow settings below.

Open ljd_lis_glitter leaf frame silver blue, resize by 30% and add above the circle layer.

Open ljd_lis_acrylic dots shdw, resize by 50% and add above the thin glitter strip.

Open ljd_lis_freezing cold, resize by 32% and add above the glitter leaf frame layer.

Open ljd_lis_snowflake 3 blue silver, resize by 25% and add above the frame layer twice. Sharpen the layer x2 and then outline white x1.

Crop as close as you can to the mask and/or design (without cutting off items), resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
