Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

I used nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-BlogHop-PP-4 with my mask before adding it to the canvas.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-Frame, resize by 40% and add above the mask layer.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-BlogHop-PP-1, resize by 20% and add to the frame opening.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-mermaid, resize by 27% and sit in the frame.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-flower, remove the excess leaves, and then resize by 17% (back) and then again by 45% (front).

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-Take me to the sea-outline, resize by 20% and then add above all layers.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-artsybit, resize by 15% and add above the frame paper.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-seastar, resize by 13% and sit behind the mermaid.

Using nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-seastar again, resize by 10% and then add above the frame layer (left side).

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-seagras-1, resize by 20% and add above the mask layer.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-coral-2, resize by 25% and then add below the starfish layer.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-coral-4, resize by 15%, mirror, and then add below the mermaid.

Open nbk-iNSD1-Ocean-Sea-coral-1, resize by 20% and add above the seagrass layer.

Crop as close as you can to the mask and/or design (without cutting off items), resize (if needed) before adding your name and copyright; upload to enjoy.
