Paint. Net, also known as PDN, is a free to use program that utilizes the Microsoft .Net framework that is already on your computer and has been installed on your computer once you install Microsoft Windows.
To find the program to download, you must follow the link HERE.
Once there, you'll find this in the upper right-hand corner. Click this image to start your download.
You'll next get this prompt (shown below). Click the very first one to get it for free.
In the upper right-hand corner, again you'll see where to download Paint.net. It will start the automatic download.
Find the folder you just downloaded, unzip and click the application file to start the installing process.
Once it starts, you'll get this prompt:
Just hit next and it will start the process. Make sure you hit "I Agree" on the next page or it will stop.
It will remove any older versions you have on your computer and then will add the updated version in its' place.
It will optimize once the installation is complete.
Once everything is complete, click finish and it will open your program.
