 Supplies Used
Sebastien Serrano's "Fingers Crossed"
Pea Faith (here)
"Casual Elegance" by Scrap Dimensions (here)
"DBV Mask 80" by Designs by Vaybs (here)
 Let's Begin!
Open new canvas 900x900. I like room to work. Name it "Casual Green" and save in PSD form.
Open Folded Green Ribbon Frame. Image > Resize > 50% > Edit > Select All > Copy. Go to your canvas and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Move this frame slightly towards the middle. Duplicate and Layers > Flip Horizontal. Overlap edges slightly to form an even frame gathering. Save.
Flip white background. Drop shadow your frames to your liking. Merge both layers together. Save.
Go to Layers > Import From File > Find Paper 4 > Open. Move below frame and use your eraser to erase excess paper. Save.
Go to Layers > Import From File > Find your close up tube > Open. Move below top frame. Duplicate and Layers > Flip Horizontal. Move below second frame. Flip white background. Center both in the middle of the frames. Use your eraser to get rid of any excess hanging out of the frames.
Flip white background. Drop shadow each close up tube to your liking. Merge together. Save.
Open Glitter Frame 2. Image > Resize > 65% > Edit > Select All > Copy.  Highlight your white background in your layers box and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Flip white background. Then go to Effects > Object Align > Center both. Save.
Open Corset. Image > Resize > 35%. Highlight frames in your layers box and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Center it in the empty space at the lower left hand corner of your tag. Flip white background.
Back to corset: Layers > Rotate/Zoom > Angle: 14.57 > XPan: -0.065 > YPan: -0.086 > Click ok. Save.
Open bow 1. Image > Resize > 20% > Edit > Select All > Copy. Highlight corset in your layers box and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Move to bottom of your corset and flip white background.
Go to bow and Layers > Rotate/Zoom > Angle: 5.71 > XPan: -0.032 > YPan: 0.017 > Click ok. Save.
Open charm. Image > Resize > 50% > Edit > Select All > Copy. Highlight frames in layers box and Edit > Paste As A New Layer.  Flip white background.
Go to charm and Layers > Rotate/Zoom > Angle: 5.71 > XPan: -0.048 > YPan: -0.034 > Click ok. Save.
Open key and Image > Rotate 90 Clockwise. Now open bow 1 and Image > Resize > 50% > Edit > Select All > Copy. Back to your key and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Bring bow slightly below notch at the bottom of the keyhole and Effects > Object > Drop Shadow > X: 1 > Y: 1 > WR: 1 > BR: 3 > Opacity: 125 > Click ok. For key: Change all to 1 and Opacity to 135. Merge the layers together.
Still on key: Go to Image > Resize > 40% > Edit > Select All > Copy. Highlight charm in layers box and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Move down to cover first chain end with the bottom of the bow. Flip white background.
Go to key and Layers > Rotate/Zoom > Angle: -46.74 > XPan: 0.435 > YPan: -0.224 > Click ok. Save.
Open flower 1. Image > Resize > 20% > Edit > Select All > Copy. Highlight charm layer and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Hide second side of charm. Save.
Open flower 4. Image > Resize > 35% > Edit > Select All > Copy. Highlight charm layer and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Move below first flower. Save.
Open flower 2. Image > Resize > 25% > Edit > Select All > Copy. Highlight flower 4 layer and Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Move to the bottom of flower 4. Save.
Open paper 7. Apply your chosen mask. To do so, Effects > Alpha Mask > Find your mask > Open. Then, Edit > Select All > Copy. Highlight your white background. Edit > Paste As A New Layer. Move to upper right hand corner. Use your eraser to remove any excess mask. Duplicate and Layers > Flip Vertical > Layers > Flip Horizontal. Save.
Crop your tag so that we can do the last step. I cropped mine tot he size of 744x734. I then resized my tag 80%.
Layers > Import From File > Find your standup tube > Open.  Move in into the middle of the tag. You can be sure of this when you have some of the lace from the frames on either side of her hips. Save.
Drop shadow all layers. Add name, resize to your liking, add your copyright and you're done!
