Let's Begin!

Create a new canvas 800x800. Open paper 3 and apply your mask. Duplicate and Merge the two layers together. Leave paper open.

Open the frame and add above mask layer. Upsize by 120%, then re-size by 90% and position in the middle of your mask layer.

Going back to your paper 3, copy it again. Grab your magic wand and click inside of your frame. Selections > Modify > by 11 > add paper > invert > delete > select none. Move below your frame layer.

Open the pinwheel, re-size by 70% and free rotate by 11 degrees to the right. Add above your frame layer and position to your liking.

Open flower with leaves and re-size by 40&. Add to your canvas above your pinwheel layer and position to your liking.

Open blossom and re-size by 70%. Add this below your pinwheel layer and position to your liking.

Open the foliage, re-size by 80% and add under flowers 1&2 layers. Drop shadow, duplicate, flip and merge the two layers together. Move into position.

Open the bow and re-size by 90%. Add above your pinwheel layer and free rotate in the same way. Using a size 20 square eraser on the hardest setting, crop your bow strings and then add a dark drop shadow.

Open the botanical flower, re-size by 40% and add under flower1 layer and bow layer. Drop shadow, free rotate 22 degrees to the right and move into position.

Open the flower element and add above your frame layer. Erase all but the uppermost flowers. Drop shadow, duplicate, flip and mirror. Position on the left hand side of your frame and then duplicate again and add to the right hand side.

Crop your image to remove most of the white. Re-size, if needed, and then add name and your copyright.
