♥ Template Layers First! ♥

Open your template, flood-fill the background layer white and remove the credits. Save as “Make a Wish” in *psd.

Open paper 1, resize by 20% and replace the following layers:

Green Circles 1

Green Circles 2

Cream circles 4

Brown Circles 4

Open solid paper 3, resize by 20% and replace the following layers:

Cream circles 1

Brown circles 1

Cream Circles 3

Brown Circles 3

Blue circles 3

Open paper 2, resize by 20% and replace the following layers:

Blue Circles 1

Brown circles 2

Blue Circle 4

Open solid paper 5, resize by 20% and replace the following layers:

Cream circles 2

Blue Circles 2

Green Circles 3

Now that you have your entire template circle layers complete, delete the original layers.

Next are the dotted circle layers behind the template layers. Resize each paper by 20%.

Solid paper 1 - blue dotted layer

Solid paper 3 - brown dotted layer

Solid paper 4 – green dotted layer

Do not change out all other dotted line borders around each template circle.

Open paper 3, resize by 25% and apply your mask. Resize to 870 width and add below all layers.

♥ Now the Elements! ♥

Open scatter 2, resize by 50% and add above your mask layer. Pull toward the upper right and drop shadow. Duplicate, mirror and flip. Merge the two layers together.

Open your tube; add above all layers, upsize by 125% and then center.

Open gingham ribbon pink and resize by 25%. Add above your tube and center at the bottom of the main circle.

Below your raster 4 layer, add cupcake 2 and resize by 50%. Free rotate by 15.00 to the left and pull downward so the ribbon covers the bottom.

Open balloons 3 & 4. Resize by 25% each and add below your ribbon layer. Free rotate one 15 to the left; the other to the right.

Pull one upward and one to the left; do these until the strings meet and then drop shadow. Merge the two layers together and then move into position near the bow knot,

Crop your design now and save. Add your name, copyright, resize (if needed) and upload to a photo sharing site to enjoy!
