Open template and delete the credits, plus the pink rectangle layer and grey strip.

Open tube and add above all layers. Upsize by 105%, center and then sharpen.

Layer Changes:

15% reduction:

Dk Circle Layer – Solid blue paper

Pink Circle layer – Cherry paper

Black circle – tan paper

Pink Mini Circles – Pattern 5 paper

20% reduction:

Grey Oval – paper 3

Black Rectangle – solid brown paper

White rectangle – solid blue paper

Black strips – solid blue paper

Add normal PSP blinds effects, horizontal and light from top to your solid brown paper (formerly black rectangle).

Open solid cherry paper, add mask, resize by 21% and add above your white background.

Open the banner, resize by 21% and add above the tan circle layer.

Open circle frame, resize by 23% and add above your tan layer. Erase the banner in the middle of the frame.

Open the cupcake 1, mirror, resize by 17% and add below your tube layer.

Open chocolate 2, resize by 17% and add behind your cupcake layer.

Open donut flower, resize by 15% and add below the cupcake layer. Duplicate the layer, mirror and resize again by 80% then move into position.

Open chocolate square, resize by 10% and add below the chocolate 2 layer. Free rotate by 9 degrees to the right.

bow 2, resize by 25% and add above your flower layers.

Drop Shadow the layers, crop or resize to your liking then add your name with copyright. Save as *PNG and upload to a photo sharing site and enjoy!
