Capture the Journey

"Capture the Journey" Blog Train by DigiScrap Parade (HERE)

End of the Year by Souldesigner (HERE)

“Halo Handletter” (NAME)

Eye Candy 4000 Chrome

Open the template by DSI, resize by 27% and save under the new filename.

Open the tube, resize by 55% and add to the canvas; center align and move slightly right.

I replaced the layers on the template starting from the BOTTOM to the TOP:

(yellow paper circle) mcreations-capturethejourney-pp03, resize by 20%, align horizontal left and remove excess.

(white rectangle paper) gdd_dsp_ctj_pp2, resize by 20% and remove the excess.

(blue paper squares) kb_capture_pp02, resize by 20%, center align, and remove the excess.

(light grey rectangle paper) is the same as white rectangle paper above.

(light pink rectangle paper) jcd-capturethejourney-solid5, resize by 23%, center align, and then remove the excess.

(light pink triangle) lisi-freebie-capturethejourney_pp4, resize by 20% and remove the excess.

(photo papers) ponytails_CaptureTheJourney_ppr2, resize by 20% and remove the excess.

(banner/paper) ponytails_CaptureTheJourney_ppr1, resize by 6%, position for desired effect, and then remove excess.

Now that the papers are done, duplicate the staple and frame layers for 3 layers (the last one is just in case you do not like the other layers). Turn the second layer white (on both) and then add a regular chrome settings in silver.

Open ngd_CaptureTheJourney_brushoverlay, resize by 40% and position under all layers. Duplicate, mirror, flip and position at the top of the design; drop shadow both before merging.

Open wendyp-capturethejourney-paint, resize by 40%, and position under all layers; stretch to the left slightly to fully position and drop opacity to 200%.

Drop shadow your tube, use an eraser (100) on 8% to blend it into the paint layer below.

Delete all flower and/or foliage layers that are hiding below the tube. Take your time to find them.

Open ponytails_CaptureTheJourney_flair1, resize by 35% and add above the button layer; delete layer.

Open gdd_dsp_ctj_flow2, resize by 20% and add above the 'X' element layer.

Open dbd_capture_parade_flower_2, resize by 40% and add above the flower layer (left).

Open ljs-capturethejourney-foliage2, resize by 20%, and add below the flower (left) layer. I also added this above the foliage layer (upper right), after I mirrored the element to position.

Open joycepaul-capture-flower1b, resize by 30%, and then add above the yellow flower layer (left), then delete the layer AND the button layer above it.

Open tnp-CaptureTheJourney-camera, resize by 50%, and add below the flower layer.

Open kb_capture_flower2, resize by 25%, and then add below the foliage 2 (left) layer.

Open ponytails_CaptureTheJourney_flower6, resize by 40%, and add above the foliage layer (upper left).

Open kb_capture_flower, resize by 30%, and add above the last flower layer.

Open mcreations-capturethejourney-flower, resize by , and add above the ponytails_CaptureTheJourney_flower6 layer.

Open ljs-capturethejourney-flower3, resize by 15%, and then add above the last flower layer (under the tube).

Add any elements that you'd like now. With a blog train like this, you can have it all!

Crop as close as you can to the paint layer, resize (if needed), before adding your name and copyright.

Upload to enjoy.
