Create a canvas 1000 x 1000. We can always crop and resize later.

Open frame 1, resize by 35% and add to the canvas; center align.

Open Paper 16, resize by 25% and add to the frame opening.

Open the wooden posts, resize by 30% and then add to the frame opening; duplicate and remove the excess.

Open the tube and add the standing to the frame center; erase excess.

Open the beach sign, resize by 25% and add above the wooden post.

Open leaf 7, resize by 20% and add below the beach sign.

Open flower 12, resize by 15% and add above all layers (left side).

Open shell 3, resize by 23% and add above the flower 12 layer.

Open flower 9, resize by 10% and add above the shell 3 layer.

Open flower 10, resize by 5% and add above the flower 9 layer.

Open flower 7, resize by 15% and add above the leaf 7 layer.

Open the orange slice, resize by 20% and then add above the flower 7 layer.

Open flower 5, resize by 20% and add above the flower 12 layer.

Open urchin 1, resize by 15% and add above the beach sign.

Open urchin 2, resize by 15% and add behind the boat layer.

Open the net, resize by 15% and add above the frame layer (right).

Open sailboat, resize by 15% and add above the shell layer (right).

Open the starfish, resize by 15% and then add near the pink urchin.

Open the beach bag, resize by 10% and add above the tube layer.

I duplicated the flower 9 layer, moved above the pink urchin, and then manually rotated it to fit my space.

Add any elements you wish and drop shadow all layers now. Crop close to the mask layer and/or resize to your needs BEFORE adding your name and copyright. Upload to enjoy.
